Our client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager with international experience in fast-moving consumer goods company to join their Marketing team.

About the role
As Brand Manager reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will assist in the localises strategy, development and implementation of all elements of the marketing mix in order to achieve and exceed budgeted volumes, revenues, market share and profitability for the brand. You will deliver marketing through strategic planning to drive growth for your brands.
How you will contribute
You will deliver market-leading promotional activities and provide efficient, marketing support for the relevant brands in consultation with the Senior Marketing Manager.
Achieve brand image objectives and maximize consumer value perception and bring to life key communication strategies through locally driven assets. Measure using key performance tools.
Prepare portfolio pricing strategy recommendations
Lead development of trade activation & cycle communication to drive key quality groups, manage inputs to the sales and marketing communication cycle.
You will launch new product pack development and provision of these to the sales and CSC teams with all product information (inc. price, availability, images) in line with cycle deadlines.
Regular analysis and review of brand performance (including trade time), ensuring clear understanding opportunities, threats & competitor strategies
Brief and manage promotions with liaising with external parties, e.g. Media, Digital and PR agencies and POSM materials production companies.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in building and developing localises strategy
Brand Marketing Management / NPD experience preferably within premium/luxury brands
Minimum 5-6 years marketing experience, successful track record in above-the-line/ below-the-line execution
High level of stakeholder engagement and appropriate communication management
Experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods company
Appreciation of luxury goods market requirements and experience in luxury goods sector
Exposure to the sales environment
Wine/Spirit product knowledge
