This is very much a client facing role that has a mix of strategy, marketing and analytics and will initially see you working across 2 or more key clients as well as participate in new business pitches and company initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: 
  • Owning core project deliverables including strategy development, desk research & financial modelling
  • Contributing on agency-wide projects, focussed on adding data-driven insights to the planning and creative teams
  • Collaborating with client and other agency teams to drive marketing effectiveness including marketing optimisation
  • Project management of various critical client marketing, strategy and change projects
  • Participate in business development initiatives and wider agency pitches
  • Pre and post campaign analysis, focused on adding data-driven insights for the planning and creative teams.
To succeed in this role you will need the following: 
  • 3 + years experience preferably consultancy or agency within strategy, marketing, insights or digital
  • Experienced and be able to provide evidence of strategic decision making
  • Experience and evidence of being able to manage a range of stakeholders
  • Fluent in talking about modern marketing and adaptability
  • Strong experience with CRM, preferably with DMP / Social
  • Analytical problem solving with experience using visualisation tools skills desirable
