This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading SaaS business, as their first ANZ Customer Success Manager, joining the growing APAC team in the Sydney office. 

The Role: 
This role will be covering the APAC Enterprise Portfolio and developing clients' roadmaps for success from short to longer term. You would be joining at a critical time, as the first hire in Customer Success, with the wider team about to double in the next year. 

You Will Have: 
  • The ability to analyse client needs, and identify how to maximise their data across social media, CRM or AdTech/MarTech
  • Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager at Enterprise level 
  • Thorough understanding of data management technologies 
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills and the ability to work with high-level clients
  • A collaborative work-style and a strong technical background
