Senior Front End Web Developer
 
My client is currently looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer to join a team who will be responsible for a variety of highly visible global, regional and local programs and projects on one of their most desirable businesses.

The Role:
 

• Develop websites and other web-based assets for global clients
• Establish best practices to continually increase performance and scalability
• Able to work independently or with other members of the team
• Review code to ensure architectural standards are maintained
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code 

Your Background:

• 5+ years of Web Development Experience, Less experienced candidates will also be considered
• Strong communication skills in English
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including mainstream libraries e.g. jQuery)
• Experience in Responsive Design preferred
• Working knowledge of package managers and front-end build tools in a production environment (e.g. NPM, Bower, Gulp, Grunt)
• Experience in transforming Photoshop files PSD/AI into HTML code
• Knowledge of any modern programming language
• Knowledge of any of the CMS platforms is a plus, e.g. Wordpress, Sitecore, Drupal, AEM
• Eager to research and learn in a self-directed way (always improving)
• Structured, disciplined approach to development, testing and deployment
• Highly-attentive to details and help review/fix issues with others’ code
