An international online business with an excellent image and reputation, Hong Kong being one of their top 3 markets.
- Define online and offline marketing strategies for the local in bound market
- Plan and drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage a small marketing team and collaborate with social, digital and creative teams to ensure the content will be aligned with the local market and strategy
- Develop the brand’s image and customer acquisition by negotiating new partnerships. Ensure the compliance of all partnerships.
- Analyse campaigns’ performance and marketing initiatives, provide adjustments and bring new ideas
- Understand the brand vision and bring it to the next level!
- 6+ years professional experience in marketing (digital, ATL, offline)
- Bachelor degree in related marketing field or similar
- Experience defining marketing strategies and leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience managing a small team of marketers
- Able to have an holistic and global vision
- Enjoy working in a multi cultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumers
- Hands on experience in both online/offline marketing campaign execution
- Strong stakeholders relationship and problem solving skills
- Pro-active, collaborative, entrepreneurial, organised
- Familiar with fast paced environments and with a start-up attitude
- Native Cantonese speaker and writer, Fluent in English
