Great Opportunity for a Senior Recruiter who is skilled in hiring across the Business Functions (Legal , Compliance, HR) to work in-house with our client in Singapore which is one of the most sought after brands in digital & tech space . You will own and drive the entire full cycle recruiting process.
The successful candidate will have a consultative mindset and passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience. You will work onsite with our client and act as an advisor to the hiring managers in developing the relevant candidate sourcing strategies. Open to both agency & corporate recruiters
This is a 12 months renewable contract role.
WHAT you’’ll need:
- More than 7 years business recruiting experience with a mix of search and in-house recruiting.
- Candidates with a strong executive search agency experience will be considered as well
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill reqs
- Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
- Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally
