- Work closely with the media planning and tracking team
- Provide competitive media and advertising spend intelligence
- Design questionnaires, collect, monitor and analyse data
- Analyse audiences and prepare reports
- Support ad-hoc activities
- Bachelor degree holder and 2+ years of working experience in a market research agency
- Data-driven, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, and data-entry tools such as Macro and VBA
- Excellent communications (spoken and written) in both English and Cantonese is a MUST
- Curios, detail-oriented and can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
