We want you if:
- You are a mid to senior level designer who has demonstrated excellent track record in end-to-end product design process
- You have conducted user research, collaborated with Product Managers to deliver the best experience to end-users
- You have worked on enterprise level digital products or have designed user-centric products in general
What you will be working on:
- All aspects of the UX lifecycle from User Research, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing to post-release iterations
- Serve as a bridge between Product Engineering and Business Operations to ensure design is well-integrated and delivered on time
- Leading design workshops, establishing user-centric design practices and mentoring junior designers
You should have/be:
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design whilst conducting User Research
- Strong communicator, self-starter, strives in a collaborative working environment
- An eye for design – pluses if you have drawn illustrations or built animations, a curious mind for coding via HTML/CSS
