An exciting opportunity has come up in a leading financial organisation, for a strategic thinker who knows how to use and apply the design process. The company have a mature design department and focus on customers, people and innovation.

They are looking for a Service Designer with who can apply their strong understanding and experience in executing a HCD approach, while taking part in design thinking workshops, analysing product reviews and web analytics, in order to review and evaluate customer needs, expectations and issues.
  
Experience Required:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a dedicated Service of UX Design role
  • In depth understanding of HCD methodologies
  • You will have strong analytical and decision making abilities
  • Experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Previous experience in the financial industry
  • Experience facilitating workshops
  Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX service design initiatives
  • Embedding the Human Centred Design process
  • Conduct ideation sessions and transform ideas into customer deliverables
  • You will create concepts, customer journey maps and service blueprints through to ideation, prototyping and testing
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders in an agile environment
