One of Australia's leading sporting initiatives is looking for 2 experienced Service Desk Analysts on a contract until 28/02/2020


What you'll be doing:
  • Provide effective support to internal staff and other tournament staff, including hardware support, and all internal and external applications
  • Develop appropriate technical documentation of the TA, MA, AO and other Tournament systems
  • Configure hardware and software for internal and tournament staff  as required
  • Fairly allocate Service Desk ticket to IT Support Assistants reporting to this role  
  • Answer all Service Desk phone calls promptly with intent to achieve first call resolution
  • Attend to all walk-ups at the IT Support Walk Up Stand promptly and triage as per agreed process
  • Create appropriate technical training schedule and provide technical training to the IT Support Assistants to provide them with relevant technical knowledge
  • Contribute to end user FAQs and Service Desk knowledge base documentation
