What your role would entail...
  
You'll work closely with the demand generation teams to grow the company's footprint across the APAC market (covering Sydney, HK and Taiwan). Based in a sales hub you will apply best-in-class revenue generation skills to identify opportunities to upsell, cross sell and renew existing SMB clients.

You’ll lead business growth campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis and establish key relationships cross-functionally with regional peers, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams and coordinate with them as needed to resolve customer issues.

A key part of this role is developing relationships with the most strategic clients and Partners - all to maximize business results in the SMB sector. You’ll analyse data trends and client performance, prepare and conduct presentations, while maintaining effective communication with customers via phone/email and video conferencing technologies.

The hiring manager of the team is known for her great training and mentoring style and you'll be working alongside some of the finest sales talent in Sydney.

What you will bring...
  • Diploma / BA / BS Degree
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin speaker who can speak conversational English.
  • 2+ years of sales/relationship management/customer experience, ideally in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong customer service, communication, relationship building skills and ability to manage deals from start to close.
  • Team player with strong analytical as well as communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
