The role
  • Responsible for a suite of products' social media channels 
  • Report to APAC Social Media Lead
  • Manage the day to day workflow of all local channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Google+, ...) including content creation/editing, and reporting 
  • Curate and source engaging content: events, product tips, product development, partnerships, case studies, ...
  • Translate from English to Cantonese while understanding best practices for both local and global audiences
  • Engage with the local developer and tech ecosystem and events
  • Develop and grow a community of followers and potential customers
  • Build an advocates community within your product category 
  • Work with multi disciplinary teams: marketing, PR, sales, communication, partnerships, events
  • Participate in shaping marketing strategies and programs for the brand and products  

Your background

  • 2+ years professional experience in social media channels management 
  • Track record growing followers and potential customers base
  • Experience building a community of advocates 
  • Experience in editing and creating content for social media 
  • Passionate about technologies would be ideal 
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills 
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills 
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively 
  • Outstanding writing skills (native traditional Chinese writing is essential)
  • English fluent or native, Cantonese native
