As a Customer Solutions Architect you will be working across multiple projects and client accounts, you will provide leadership, technical expertise and drive the overarching solution, to ensure a quality solution design is in line with the strategic vision. You will utilise your experience, technical knowledge and excellent client engagement skills to be a key player in the pre-sales, design and delivery phases of our projects.
Salesforce CRM would be a preference, you would ideally have cloud integration experience ideally with campaign management. This role will help lead the project so you must have strong client-side experience.
Skills & Experience
- Previous track record in ERP/CRM programs Including Salesforce
- Good skills with service management tools
- A good understanding of various integration technologies in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Capability to bring technical leadership to the project
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
