My client are a next generation digital content provider, offering businesses a subscription-based product that can radically change their business. They streamline operations, drive data insights and enable more informed business decisions and cost savings.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will acquire new target accounts and expand relationships with strategic customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales quota and ensuring strategic account objectives such as customer satisfaction (NPS) are achieved.
You will create account plans to bring in new business and grow relationships across already existing customers. You will help orchestrate large value solution propositions and secure deals across new and existing customers.
- The ability to fly interstate weekly (minimum 3 times per month)
- A passion for winning new business
- Experienced in managing an existing pipeline of renewals as well as finding your own new leads
- Direct enterprise account selling experience
- Software or SaaS sales experience
- Solution selling experience
- Experience in a proven sales methodology e.g. Sandler, Miller Heiman, TAS, SPIN, Challenger
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executive
- Be a pro at building and executing detailed Account Plan
- Competence with CRM software (Salesforce)
