Primary purpose of the role:
Maintain and support critical business systems requiring detailed technical knowledge of commercial information technology systems such as physical and virtual servers, directory services, messaging, networking, collaboration systems, security technologies and line of business applications cloud services.
- Strong Office365 suite skills (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams and Skype for Business using both Powershell and GUI)
- SCCM for software packaging and SOE management
- Intune for MDM, and Active Directory/AzureAD services
- Okta or other Identity management skills would be beneficial
- Must be a strong communicator and problem solver
- Experience working on projects to deliver technologically innovative solutions
- Ability to write technical reports, process and procedures and service documentation
