Tag Manager/Data Architect

Key Accountabilities:         
  • Responsible for day to day management of analytics and analytics data integrity
  • Maintain oversight of tracking beacons across our websites and native applications. We currently support native applications on iOS, Android, set-top-boxes, smart TVs and games consoles
  • Work closely with Audience Data & Insights to ensure assets are tagged and usage/traffic is captured in our internal analytics reporting
  • Liaise with developers and delivery managers to achieve effective roll-out of tracking beacons to meet business requirements
  • Work with product, data insights and marketing teams to develop strategies and technical implementation plans required to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, projects, campaigns or programs
  • Manage the implementation of analytics requests including digital performance, consumer behaviour and site conversations, including testing of implementations and tracking and resolving issues
  • Translate business requirements of internal stakeholders into concise data briefs for developers
  • Take a lead role in evolving the our user-tracking infrastructure toward industry best practice, incorporating tag-management and a data-layer
Key Capabilities/Qualifications/Experience:
  • 3+ years with digital analytics implementation and subject matter expertise using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics as well as tag management solutions (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Enighten, Adobe DTM etc). Knowledge and experience with SQL is desirable
  • Experience with JavaScript, JSON and dynamic variable tagging with third party platforms such as DoubleClick, Facebook, Nielsen, OzTam
  • Outstanding communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing diverse and occasionally conflicting requirements of multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to determine & communicate data tagging strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business data requirements into consise data-briefs for developers
  • Demonstrated experience in working in Agile environments
  • Demonstrated client orientation, with the ability to interact positively with clients, and understand and meet their needs.          #LI-JM1
