My client, an innovative FinTech company specialised in revolutionising the Wealth Management Industry, is currently seeking a junior DevOps Engineer to join their young and dynamic team in the firm's Hong Kong HQ

Responsibilities 
  • Manage, monitor and operate the system platform to ensure all business functions running smoothly 
  • Be part of the communication contact between clients and the technical team for system issues and queries
  • Automate the system operations by scripts/programs to attain high level of efficiency
  • Implement the application/infrastructure upgrades or releases with technical and business teams to meet the overall schedule
  • Maintain operational documents to reflect changes and upgrades
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
Requirements 
  • 3 years of experience in client or technical support of small to medium scale platforms with a University degree in Information Technology/System, Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines - Experience in financial market operations is a plus
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft platform like Windows, SQL database
  • Experience with Powershell and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure is a plus
  • Good team player and able to work with users and teams across different countries in the region
  • Excellent communication and problem solving and analytical thinking for incident management and handling user queries
  • Fluent in English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred
