Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis on a number of projects across various lines of business, including both business/technical analysis, tool development, configuration and testing
- Translate business requirements into functional architecture and design
- Provide technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member and an individual contributor
- Liaise with local technology and business partners through agile project engagement
- Support the execution of project phases and life-cycle approach as well as implementation and post-implementation activities
- 3-5 years of technical business analysis experience focused on agile projects in a financial institution.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM Systems, process analysis and workflows across multiple enterprise systems
- Excellent wireframing, business analysis, documentation and presentation skills, honed in an agile environment
- Experience of CRM tools and web-based development
- Very strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, e.g. business partners, project manager technical lead, developers and testing associates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
