This is an integral role, responsible for the development and management of key systems, working closely with key stakeholders, identifying requirements & designing solutions.
You will be a Subject Matter Expert in patient management and billing systems and will manage testing before deployment. You will also be part of a collaborative team, supporting the Development Manager and assisting Senior Business Analysts.
You Will Have:
- You will have demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a complex environment, working with numerous stakeholders
- Strong experience working within Healthcare industry, having an understanding of patient management systems
- Demonstrated experience with working on healthcare systems across billing, patient management and queue management systems.
- You will be supporting the Lead/Sr BA to develop technical requirements from various healthcare stakeholders
- Exposure to functional testing across different devices, especially mobile
- Extensive experience across Microsoft Technologies, CRM systems as well as SQL Databases
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Working for a well known and reputable Healthcare company
