What do you need to do?

• To create and evaluate design and architecture of the solutions
• Foster innovation within the teams in identifying the right products
• Improve delivery capabilities and provide strategic solutions for issues
• Hands on development
• Provide guidance to the team

What do you need to have?

• At least 8-10 years of solid fullstack development experience on either C++ or C#
• Experience in designing architecture roadmaps and technical vision.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience - mentoring and coaching the team on best practices
• Working on Agile environment
• Experience working in a start up company
• Blockchain experience is an advantage
